Mindfulness
This was introduced to us by Mrs. Buhain as a part of our previous lesson. It was supposed to help us be more mindful in everything we do. For we were reckless and careless to what we do on a daily basis. She wanted to us to have a broad understanding of our own awareness. She instructed us to listen to an audio recording, and to follow through it. It worked for me, but with the demand of our chosen course, i had lost the time to actually continue with the activity.
Impromptu Speech
I remember this day clearly. Mrs. Buhain was not present. Instead a student came and lead us to impromptu speaking, wherein, he gave the instruction of what we are gonna be dealing with that day. He will give us 1 and a half minute to talk in front,choose a question and share our answer to the class. It was so much fun. I remember a lot of laughter for everyone inside the four cornered room, i vividly see, nervously shaking.
Mock Job Interview
Again Mrs. Buhain were not present. This mock job interview were bone chilling. i only had two pieces of paper and my hand and my heart sinking deeper as i wait for my turn. Indeed, when it was my turn, my heart was unfortunately nowhere to be found. i was taken aback by the realization, it.was.my.turn. but somehow i managed to slip through the classroom and nailed it. i think. My memory was foggy that day, i must be making things up.
Business Call
This one was by far the my most engaged activity, ever. Even though i was sleepy (literally had 30 mins of sleep) and on edge of breaking down, caused by the burden of choosing my course. i honestly enjoyed this one. We were separated into two part; caller and receiver. each one participating on each part, everyone nervous or someone becoming very comedic about their stunt. but nonetheless everything went well. Glad to say Mrs. Buhain were in this activity.
